Microsoft Teams sees increase in end user usage and administrator training

If your organization uses Microsoft technology, you may have seen an increase in your Microsoft Teams usage in the past 9 months. Until the COVID pandemic, Microsoft Teams grew at a gradual pace and showed users at about 32 million in March 2020. As of April 30, 2020, the number of users increased to 75 million. October 2020 Microsoft Teams usage jumped to 115 million daily users!

Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. contributes to that daily usage count!

Our instructor-led classes have increased significantly for end users who want to gain more knowledge on how to effectively use Microsoft Teams to chat and collaborate with files and apps. We have also seen an increase in attendance in our technical course offering for Microsoft Teams administration.

The Managing Microsoft Teams class covers the six central elements important to a Microsoft Teams admin:

  • Implementing Governance
  • Security and Compliance
  • Preparing the Environment for a Teams Deployment
  • Deploying and Managing Teams
  • Managing Collaboration in Teams
  • Managing Communication in Teams

The 4-day MS:700 Managing Microsoft Teams class is scheduled January 25 – 28, 2021 or March 1 – 4, 2021. These classes continue to be delivered using our virtual training platform to accommodate those folks working remote! Join us during one of these classes to take you through all you need to know to be an excellent Microsoft Teams Administrator and then take advantage of the complimentary Microsoft exam voucher that you will be provided with to validate your skills!

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this course or if we can help you determine if it is right for you!
