ITIL Practitioner – NEW from AXELOS

In October, 2015 AXELOS announced its intentions to produce a new certification: ITIL Practitioner. It is intended to help people who have taken ITIL Foundation training (and passed the Foundation exam) to be able to better apply ITIL guidance to support business practices.

The interesting part of this certification is that ITIL Practitioner is not a prerequisite for the ITIL Intermediate Level qualifications, but it does cover the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) approach as the way to structure any improvement initiatives.

LRS Education Services will be adding the 2-day ITIL Practitioner class to our portfolio during the summer months…so please watch for it!
