One of the most rewarding parts of my job is reviewing student evaluations after classes!

I’m not able to talk to all of our students when they are in class, or when they are working with their account manager at LRS concerning what training will meet their goals. I DO look at all responses that our students provide using our online class evaluation system and discuss them during weekly meetings with the team.

We believe that student feedback allows us to measure not only the content of the training class but also the value that the individual takes back to their organization from their experience with us.

Microsoft Office Excel 2019: Part 1

This is the first time I’ve received formal Excel training. Great to learn Excel vocabulary and be taught from the ground up by a pro.

Visio 2016

The instructor was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product (Visio) and was quick to respond to all of my questions.

We have already established charts for our Agency, but I have learned a lot of new tricks to add to the tool box.
