As an added bonus, she shows how to edit a CUCM Publisher clusterConfig.xml file to pre-populate the Publisher database with information on IM&P (Presence) servers along with information on CUCM servers during the installation process. The tools used in this video include Cisco Answer File Generator, Notepad++, WinImage and VMWare Virtualization Platform.
