Penny joined LRS Education Services in 1996 as an Education Consultant. Throughout her 25+ years working in the technology arena she’s done courseware development, web design, productivity, and technical training.
She began as a productivity instructor (Word, Excel, etc.) and has grown into a Technical Education Instructor holding multiple credentials, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Messaging (Microsoft Exchange), Cloud Platform and Infrastructure. Penny looks forward to sharing knowledge about the newest solutions including Microsoft 365 and Azure, CompTIA technical course offerings, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and project management.

For individuals who are unable to attend instructor-led training for business applications, we have added a cloud-based eLearning platform to our portfolio! Empowering end-users with an inviting, friendly, and easy-to-use design, the ClipTraining eLearning platform is a launching pad for all skill levels. Content includes Microsoft Office 365, Office 2019, Windows 10, and Adobe Acrobat.
