>Come to LRS Education and Learn Something New about Visual Studio 2010 with MVC
Microsoft is now offering training on the ASP.Net MVC technology. The MS10264 course teaches the ASP.Net MVC technology for Visual Studio 2010.
The C (ie. controller) is the “orchestra director”. Its job is to determine which chunks of functionality to use to build a page. The M (ie. model) is the data store, usually a database like SQL Server. The controller reads and writes data from the model. Finally, the V (ie. view) is a generic web page template. The controller tells each chunk in which section of the page template they belong, thus assembling the page for the user.
In the MS 10264 Developing Web Applications with Visual Studio 2010 students will learn to develop advanced ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms applications using .NET Framework 4 tools and technologies. The focus will be on coding activities that enhance the performance and scalability of the Web site application. ASP.NET MVC will be introduced and compared with Web Forms so that students know when each should/could be used. This will also prepare the student for exam 70-515.
