Payment Terms

To guarantee your place in a class, payment must be made on or before the first day of the scheduled class unless prior billing arrangements have been made. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, money order, personal check, company check, or your company purchase order.

Cancellation Policy

Students who need to cancel or reschedule their course must provide notice to LRS® Education Services within ten business days prior to the first day of the scheduled class.

Cancellations or rescheduling received with less than ten business days notice could be subject to penalty charge of up to 100% of the course fee. Students who fail to show up for a scheduled class with no notification can be charged the full course fee. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the beginning of a class.

LRS Education Services reserves the right to reschedule a class at any time. In that case, LRS Education Services will refund all paid fees for a rescheduled class. LRS Education Services cannot be held liable for other expenses such as travel, lodging, or meals.

Class Hours

Classes at LRS Education Services begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and conclude by 4:30 p.m. each day. Students are given a one-hour lunch break, generally around 11:30am depending on course progress and students can also expect one morning and one afternoon break during a day-long class.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all students attending classes at the LRS Education Services facilities.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  1. When an employee leaves the client organization within six months of completing a class, the client may send another employee to the same course for only the price of the courseware.*
  2. If a student is not completely satisfied with a course they have taken with LRS Education Services, they may retake the course free of charge within six months of completing the original class. Students are responsible for bringing their original coursework materials when retaking a course, or purchasing new materials if they did not keep the materials from the original course. If the course materials have changed since the original class, students will also need to purchase new course materials.

* The former employee must have taken at least two LRS Education Services courses in order for the LRS Employer Personnel Guarantee to apply.

Multiple Enrollment Discounts

LRS Education Services offers multiple enrollment discounts of 15% toward technical/professional courses. This discount applies to multiple enrollments of three or more students who enroll in one or more classes, or one student enrolling in three or more classes from the same company. Multiple enrollment discounts do not apply to Certification Programs and/or Diamond Enterprise Subscriptions.

Productivity/Software Multiple Enrollment Subscriptions

The LRS Productivity/Software Subscription provides access to assessments, digital curriculum, and videos on your topic area to improve training retention.*

Certification Discount

Students with technical certifications receive 10%-15% savings on ALL LRS scheduled classes!
