Instructors Troy joined LRS Education Services as a Technical Education Consultant in 2007. He has worked in information technology and cybersecurity for more than 25 years, including network administration, systems engineering, team leadership, security design and assessment, courseware development, and classroom instruction. Troy is a Certified NIST Cybersecurity Framework Professional Trainer and Cybersecurity Assessor. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer and holds multiple Microsoft and CompTIA certifications. In addition, Troy is the author of three System Center Operations Manager courses for Microsoft Learning. Finally, Troy conducts NIST Cybersecurity assessments and has authored and regularly updates NIST Cybersecurity Framework courses from LRS taught to students around the world from private companies, the United States military, and federal and state agencies. 1/16/2023
